Obtained with the variety Vermentino, these grapes are vinified exactly the same way as the Rosé.
This vintage is 100% Vermentino ageing in a deep filtered soil. The grapes are totally destemed and crushed. The grape skin maceration occurs at 10° before a very soft pressing occurs.
The fermentation is carried out between 17° and 18°. The bottling occurs in February.
Expressive and fresh, this vintage reveals intense exotic fruits with a hint of dried apricot.
